Arsenal are ready to make Alexis Sanchez & Mesut Ozil the highest paid players in the club’s history, according to The Telegraph.
The report claims the Gunners are willing to offer both players £280,000-per-week to extend their current deals and stay at the club.
Ozil has reportedly already been offered £250,000-per-week but the club are willing to up their offer in a bid to keep both players.
Manager Wenger, whose future will be discussed at a board meeting on Tuesday, has told the club this team can win the title provided the pair are retained and the club bring in a couple of top quality signings this summer.
Despite interest from Chelsea, Manchester City, Bayern Munich, Paris St Germain and Juventus, Arsenal are hoping Sanchez will sign on until 2020, which could still give him the option of finishing his career elsewhere.
However, the report also claims that should Arsenal receive a big offer for either player, they are likely to accept it to avoid losing either one of their star men for nothing next summer.

Wenger is expected to sign a two-year deal this week and will look to strengthen this summer, and should he lose either Ozil or Sanchez will definitely be in the market for creative attackers.
Th 67-year-old has already told his scouts to be on the lookout for young, creative, exciting stars with Monaco’s Thomas Lemar already attracting interest from the club.
Will Sanchez and Ozil stay? That’s the big question, both players have insisted over the season they are happy and it’s down to the club and Arsenal now look as though they are finally ready to splash the cash to keep hold of the pair.
