According to Italian football agent Guido Di Domenico, Fiorentina striker Stevan Jovetic is set to join Arsenal in the summer and has already agreed terms on a move similarly to Podolski last year.
Rumours have been heating up over a deal lately with Arsene Wenger requiring a top striker this summer and Jovetic admitting his admiration for the North London side.
The plot now thickens as according to the respected Fifa agent Di Domenico, the Gunners have agreed terms to bring the Montenegro forward to the Emirates this summer.
Last season Podolski agreed terms with the North London side prior to the transfer window opening, and it may be another case of Wenger moving early to secure a top transfer target with Juventus also looming.
The Metro reported Di Comenico said:
Jovetic was among the possible options for Juventus, but my information is that the boy has already given the go ahead to move to Arsenal.

He seems fascinated by their project.
Certainly the news is positive for Gooners that rumours are heating up surrounding a top class striker. He has also been monitored my Manchester City which bodes well for the Gunners if they can secure his signature.
Jovetic may not be the finished article like Cavani or Falcao, however he is younger than the duo, cheaper and also has admiration for the Gunners and values them highly.
If this report turns out to be true then we can get very excited about the coming summer, however we have to take it with a pinch of salt for the time being.
