The agent of Petr Cech has finally broken his silence regarding the future of his client, as we reportedly close in on a deal for the Chelsea man, Fc Inter News exclusively reports.
In the interview with the publication, Cech’s agent Viktor Kolar completely ruled out a move to Italy, but refused to comment on intense rumours that a deal to Arsenal is close.
In this case, his silence is deafening. and with our history of aiming to conduct our business in private, it wouldn’t surprise many if the deal was announced imminently, as the Mirror previously reported.
“I have heard many rumours in the last few weeks of a move to Inter & Milan, but that doesn’t correspond with the reality,” Kolar told FC Inter News.
When asked to comment on rumours of a move to Arsenal, Kolar stated: “I can’t say too much on that.”

Judging by all the noises we’ve heard over the past week (via the Mirror), the Cech deal seems to be entering the final stages, which could make next week rather crucial.
The magnitude of this potential transfer should not be underestimated amid some talk regarding Cech’s age and waning powers.
We signed Jens Lehman at the age of 33, he went on to become an Invincible and practically won us the FA Cup in 2005, while also being one of our stars in the Champions League run to the final in 2006.
Also, Manchester United signed a 35-year-old Edwin van der Sar, who subsequently produced some of the best performances in his career as he won four league titles and a Champions League.
Cech is entering his prime, and could potentially go up a few gears and lead us to huge success.
