Arsenal have reportedly been told they must pay £80 million if they are to land Thomas Lemar from Monaco.
According to the Mirror, the Gunners have been quoted the huge price after they turned their attentions back to the France international.
With Alexandre Lacazette on the verge of completing a move to north London, Arsenal are now focusing elsewhere and remain keen on Lemar.
However, the price tag makes a move look difficult with the French champions seemingly intent on keeping hold of the 21-year-old.
Arsenal have prioritised Lemar over Kylian Mbappe, in the hope that may help a deal go through, but may have to look elsewhere.
The club’s Plan B, looks very much to be Leicester winger Riyad Mahrez with other reports claiming the club are closing in on a deal for the Algeria international.

Mahrez has already announced his intention to quit the King Power this summer, and would prove a far cheaper signing than Lemar.
Arsene Wenger has also revealed his admiration for the Leicester star and, currently at least, Arsenal look favourites for his signature.
