Brazilian winger Wellington Silva has recently signed a new contract at Arsenal (via ESPN), but his future at the club is still in doubt. He is seemingly set for another loan spell away from the club, with La Liga side Real Betis keen on bringing him back to Spain for the season, as reported by Spanish publication Estadio Deportivo.
The 22-year-old joined the club back in 2011, but work permit issues meant he was unable to actually make the switch to the Emirates. Things have finally been resolved though, and he is now eligible to play for the club.
Arsene Wenger clearly sees something in the tricky young South American star, and is unwilling to lose him permanently just yet. He would presumably struggle for first team football if he were to remain in North London though, so a loan move may therefore be on the cards.

The report claims Real Betis are deep in negotiations over a loan, but are facing competition from a number of other clubs. Wenger would presumably prefer the youngster to remain in England if possible, as it takes time to get accustomed to the rigour of the Premier League.
