BBC Sport reporter Simon Stone claims a deal is in the works between us and Chelsea, with 16-year-old Domingos Quina set to move across London in the next 48 hours.
The Portuguese U17s international has been attracting the attention of a number of clubs recently, with Liverpool, Tottenham, and Manchester United and City also looking to sign the teenager (via the Daily Mail).
Stone claims the deal will be completed shortly, taking to Twitter to confirm the news.

Quina has been at Chelsea since he was 13, having joined the London club from Benfica. They now look set to lose him however, and understandably so. Chelsea have a shocking record when it comes to bringing youth up through the ranks, with their young players perpetually out on loan before eventually being sold.
This has changed ever so slightly this season, but that seems to have been more due to the poor form of their senior players more than anything else.

- Arsene Wener to return to dugout since leaving Arsenal in 2018

Quina seems far more likely to get a real shot at forging a career at a top club with Arsenal rather than Chelsea, so in the long-term this could be an excellent move for him.
Arsenal transfer news
Hopefully it will also prove an excellent signing for us, and his performances for Portugal’s youth sides will certainly give us hope.
