Wenger, according to the report, is currently in Paris negotiating with the French champions and after drawing a blank in terms of our interest in Edinson Cavani, the boss may now be eyeing the Swedish legend.
Ibrahimovic’s presence in PSG may have indirectly led to the rumours surrounding Cavani with the Uruguayan subjected to a role on the flanks which has left him frustrated.
However, given that Ibrahimovic is entering the twilight of his career, PSG may now be looking to move Cavani into the focal point of their team.
