Arsene Wenger has revealed what he said to his players at half-time on Saturday when the Gunners came from a goal down to beat Swansea City (via The Mirror).
It was a tough situation for Arsenal to be in. After trouncing Everton last weekend, the Gunners were in for a trickier match against Swansea City.
The Swans led 1-0 as the game went to half-time but goals from Sead Kolasinac and Aaron Ramsey secured all three points for the Gunners.
It was the third time in seven days that the Gunners came back from a goal behind to win and now, Arsene Wenger has revealed what he said to his players at half-time.
“At half-time, I could be worried because we were 1-0 down and I knew that Swansea had conceded only one away goal the whole season,” Wenger told Arsenal.com.
“In the first-half, we looked dominating but a bit laboured, too slow in our game.

“For us it was important to play quicker, sharper, with more penetration, changing sides quicker and putting them more under pressure, which we did in the second half.”
It was pleasing to see yet another comeback win from the Gunners. Arsenal are on a decent run of form right now and there is growing excitement about the attacking trio. However, Arsene Wenger should be looking to enter games with more urgency and just try to take the lead from the start.
