Arsenal have reportedly been offered the chance to sign Barcelona midfielder Rafinha for €30 million (£26.9m).
According to Sky Sports, Barca are willing to allow the Brazilian to leave and are ready to listen to offers.
The 24-year-old is currently recovering from a serious knee injury picked up last season, meaning he has not travelled with the rest of the Barcelona squad to the United States for their pre-season tour.
Although primarily a midfielder, Rafinha was used in a variety of positions under Luis Enrique last season, including wing-back.
However, it looks as though he as been deemed surplus to requirements, and certainly Barca have a need to trim their squad this summer.
Whether he would be a good fit for Arsenal remains to be seen, and in the current market €30m seems a lot for a player who only made 14 La Liga starts last season.

While Rafinha is not first choice at Barcelona, it seems unlikely he would be at Arsenal either, so it’s perhaps difficult to see the player swapping one bench for another.
Indeed Arsenal’s priority target seems to be Thomas Lemar, with reports continuing to link the Gunners with the Monaco winger.
Rafinha, meanwhile, is clearly a talent, but does not look to be quite what Arsenal need at the moment, or available at the right price.
