Bayern Munich are prepared to offer £55 million for Alexis Sanchez who is continuing to stall on signing a new contract at Arsenal, according to The Telegraph.
The report claims the German giants are ready to spend big on the Chile international, despite the fact he only has just over 12 months remaining on his current contract.
Carlo Ancelotti’s team are already thinking about next season having been knocked out of the Champions League and having already claimed Bundesliga glory once again.
The report claims that Paris Saint-Germain, Manchester City, Chelsea and Juventus all retain an interest in Sanchez but may lose out to Bayern who are keen to conclude business as soon as possible.
Sanchez has so far refused to sign a new deal at the club and there are serious concerns about his future with the season coming to an end and the club looking destined to miss out on Champions League footbal.
Alexis has once again been Arsenal’s standout performer this season but has become visibly frustrated as the season has progressed although Arsene Wenger remains adamant he will see out his contract at the club.

However, should a big offer arrive from a top club it is difficult to envisage Sanchez staying although much may well depend on who is in charge of the club next season.
Wenger remains favourite to coach the club but question marks remain over his future with large sections of the club’s support still keen for him to step down when his current contract expires this summer.
