Arsenal have been repeatedly linked with a move for Chelsea’s Petr Cech, and Eden Hazard claims he would understand if the shot-stopper left Stamford Bridge this summer, according to the Express.
The Czech Republic international was a mainstay in the Chelsea goal before the arrival of Thibaut Courtois, but has since found himself playing second fiddle to the young Belgian.
He has been a consummate professional this season, but is unlikely to remain at the club for another year if the situation remains the same.
Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has so far been unwilling to let Cech leave, and would almost certainly prefer not to sell him to a Premier League rival.

Hazard expects his Chelsea teammate to look for an exit this summer however, and understands that top players need to be playing regularly.
“Thibaut and Petr are both very good, and when you are on the bench of course you want to play,” Hazard said.
“He knows he has the quality to play at a good club, and of course if I’m a good player and I’m on the bench I want to leave – this is football.”
David Ospina has been solid since taking over from Wojciech Szczesny, but there have still been calls for a more reliable keeper to be brought in. Cech certainly ticks that box, and would arguably be a significant step up from both the Colombian and the Pole.
