Joel Campbell has been tipped for a move away from the Emirates this summer, with a number of clubs seemingly keen to lure him away. We have apparently received an offer from Real Sociedad, with former Manchester United boss David Moyes personally phoning Arsene Wenger to get a deal done.
The news was confirmed by reliable Spanish journalist Kike Marin, who took to Twitter to announce the potential deal.

The Tweet roughly translates as Real Sociedad have made an offer for Joel Campbell, but Arsenal have received other higher offers. Moyes phoned Wenger.
The fact that he also claims we’ve had higher offers from other clubs is interesting, as it raises questions over where Campbell will end up.
Moyes is clearly keen to bring him back to Sociedad, but will Wenger accept a lower offer? Or will he look to get the highest transfer fee possible for the Costa Rican?

Arsenal transfer news
Campbell enjoyed a fantastic World Cup last summer, and looked like a real star of the future. He has failed to impress during his time at the Emirates however, so it’s not hard to believe that Wenger could be looking to offload him this summer.
