Danny Welbeck has returned to full training ahead of the this weekend’s fixtures, and is expected to play some part in the North London derby, according to the Mirror.
The England international has been out for over a month with a thigh injury, but has recovered just in time for our crunch match against Tottenham on Saturday.
With a number of players returning from injury recently, Arsene Wenger has a multitude of options in attack. The return of £16m man Danny Welbeck will boost these options further, and will give us something different going forward against Mauricio Pochettino’s side.
The former Manchester United star is unlikely to start the game at White Hart Lane, but should get a spot on the bench. He may also be joined by fellow summer signing Alexis Sanchez, who has reportedly recovered from a hamstring injury.

We really need to go all out to get a win against the Spuds this weekend, not only for bragging rights, but to continue our momentum. Our 5-0 demolition of Aston Villa was a fantastic confidence booster, but if we can overcome the minor bump in the road known as Tottenham, then I can easily see us continuing this superb run of form.
