Arsenal have reportedly completed the signing of Romanian teenager Vlad Dragomir after a compensation fee in the region of €100,000 was paid to his club Timisoara, local outlet Prosport exclusively reports.
According to the report, our chief negotiator Dick Law signed off the deal and judging by the image below, Dragomir has already arrived in London after being pictured holding up the shirt alongside his representatives.
Prosport also suggests that we beat off competition from Inter Milan to land the Romania U16 skipper and his arrival shows that Arsene Wenger will never stop attempting to safeguard our future.
According to the player’s agent, the boss has added Europe’s most talented player to our development squad.

“I proposed to Arsenal a year ago and a half, during which they monitored closely,” Catalin Sărmăşan told Prosport.

“In my opinion, Vlad is one of the most talented players in Europe at the moment.”
Our latest signing is an unknown quality, but the region of talent Wenger continues to scour is rather interesting. Dragomir follows Poland’s Krystian Bielik to north London, with both being prestigious talents from eastern Europe.
The scouts located in that region have clearly spotted something and it remains to be seen whether the aforementioned duo can fulfil the potential they clearly have.
