Arsenal’s technology team were involved in a mild gaffe on Tuesday evening when a behind the scenes video – aiming to provide fans with an insight into how Arsene Wenger prepares on a matchday – appeared to reveal our home kit for next season in the background.

Various leaks have circulated on the internet, but the kit which appeared in this video differed slightly from previous showings and could be the finished product.
The club announced a deal with manufacturers Puma last year who plan to release three new kits every year for the duration of our five-year partnership (via the Independent).
Arsenal transfer news
We previously guarded a policy of two-year cycles for our home kits but with the added pressure from our commercial partners, Puma plan to benefit from the excitement which is prevalent at the start of every new season.
- Arsenal told ‘no less than £50m’ for top defensive transfer target
- Arsenal keen to sign 16th best ranked Premier League stopper
- Arsenal keeping tabs on €40m Italy star after ‘outstanding’ season
Judging by this leak, our home kits will remain tight-fitted, whilst the strip feature on the sides which appeared on some previous leaks is absent from the image above.
Puma are yet to reveal a release date for the new kits and we certainly hope there’s a repeat of last season’s kit launch, which happened to be on the day the signing of Alexis Sanchez was announced.
Arsenal made the video private once the error had been revealed.
