Joel Campbell has secured his move away from the club, with the Costa Rican star joining Villarreal on loan until the end of the season.
The 22-year-old is understandably delighted at the prospect of regular first-team football, but has thanked everyone at Arsenal for their help and support.
Thanks to the whole family of Arsenal for their messages. I hope to make them proud #COYG

He is joining the La Liga side as part of a deal that will see Gabriel Paulista make the switch to the Emirates, with the Brazilian defender set to complete his Premier League move in the coming days.

Campbell enjoyed an exceptional World Cup, which was preceded by a successful loan spell with the Greek champions Olympiakos, where goals against Manchester United put him in the spotlight.
The youngster is the third attacking player to leave on loan this January, with Yaya Sanogo and Lukas Podolski joining Crystal Palace and Inter Milan respectively.
Despite being handed the occasional run out at Arsenal this season, Campbell never really looked like breaking into the first team on a regular basis. He will surely become part of the first team at Villarreal, and still has the potential to become a brilliant player.
