Serie A giants Juventus have confirmed their interest in Arsenal’s Aaron Ramsey and are now free to talk to the Welshman (via The Standard).
The start of January not only opens the winter transfer window but also marks the first day that players in the final year of their contracts can talk to foreign clubs.
Aaron Ramsey is one of those players and it seems as if there is no shortage of interest in the player.
Some of the biggest clubs in European football have been linked with the Welshman and now, one of those sides have confirmed the news.
“He’s a great player, we really like him and he plays for a great team,” claimed Fabio Paratici, Juventus’ sporting director.
“His contract is expiring and we’re always alerted to situations that the market offers, so we’ve also been alerted to Ramsey.

“I repeat, for now, he’s an Arsenal player and we’re not the only team who want him.”
So, it seems as if Juventus are, in fact, keen on signing Aaron Ramsey but that they won’t be the only interested party. It’s going to be interesting to see where the Welshman ends up in six months’ time.
