Goalkeeper Jens Lehmann believes his former club Arsenal need to win the FA Cup this season to rebuild their reputation.
The Gunners will take on Hull City at Wembley this weekend and will be looking to win a major trophy for the first time since 2005.
The former German international feels the north London side need to claim some silverware this season to rebuild their global image.
According to Daily Mail, he said:
I travel a lot now, all round the world – and Arsenal do not really get talked about.
It is all Manchester City, Manchester United, Chelsea and Liverpool. Arsenal? Hardly at all. It is not a good feeling.
That is why is important for them to beat Hull at Wembley. If they win, it will give the whole club a boost.

The brand of Arsenal has suffered a little bit recently. You win the FA Cup and that can change it.
The Gunners will have a chance to end their nine year drought by beating Hull City on Saturday. There will be huge potential for nerves to creep in because of the occasion, but it feels like we will win the competition with consummate ease if we can play as we have done of late.
The form coming into the cup final was been superb with five consecutive league wins, conceding just one goal in total, with 12 goals scored. Hull, on the other hand, have been woeful of late as they have lost four out of their last five games. On a broader scale they’ve lost 13 of their previous 19 matches. The Gunners have beaten the Tigers 3-0 last month, which is also the second time Arsenal have beaten them without allowing them to score.
We haven’t lost to a bottom-half side in the Premier League since the opening day of the season, despite it being a crazy FA Cup final, Gooners can remain relatively confident it will not be a tough game. There is great belief that they can go all the way to finally end the trophy drought and their impressive form leading into the clash suggests that it might just be a formality.
