The French forward has been in fantastic form this season, scoring 25 goals already and helping his side to the top of the Ligue 1 table.
He’s a reported target for a number of Premier League teams, with Tottenham and Liverpool allegedly chasing his signature.
Wenger is known to be a fan, and would no doubt jump at the chance to bring his compatriot to the Emirates.

The 23-year-old hasn’t even decided whether he wants to leave Lyon this summer, but claims that if a big enough offer is made then the president may force him out.
“Last year, when I was being talked about regarding a possible transfer, that worried me because I struggled to deal with all the speculation which was coming from all sides,” he said.
“My aim is now to do my best this season and at the end of the season we shall see.
“I know that several clubs are watching me, but I will think about whether I want to leave or stay later on and then we shall see.
“At the moment I cannot say if I am staying or not, because if a club puts a certain amount of millions of euros on the table, the president will probably tell me to leave.”
It would surely take a huge sum to pry him away from the team currently topping the French top flight, but as one of the stars of the future he could prove to be a fantastic acquisition.
Olivier Giroud has been superb this season, but regardless of whether you believe he is good enough to lead the line at Arsenal, you can’t deny that he at the very least needs some back-up.
