Riyad Mahrez is reportedly ready to give up his dream of playing for Barcelona and instead wants to move to Arsenal this summer instead.
According to Spanish newspaper Sport, the Leicester City man is tired of waiting for the Blaugrana and could now join the Gunners.
The newspaper reports he has already received a four-year deal from the club, which he is currently considering.
Barca had reportedly been keen on Mahrez, but their priorities this summer are a central midfielder and a right-back.
As such the club will only look for a winger, once they have addressed the other areas in their squad, with the club heavily linked with Marco Verratti, Hector Bellerin and Nelson Semedo.
Wenger has recently admitted he is a big fan of Mahrez, although he did insist the club had not made an offer “yet” for the Leicester City star.

Mahrez has already announced his intention to quit the King Power Stadium this summer, and certainly looks to be a man on the move.
He has admitted he was happy to hear of interest from Wenger recently and does appear to be interested in a move to the Emirates.
Is this a deal that the club can get over the line? Well, it certainly looks promising with both Wenger and Mahrez seeming to be keen.
