Manchester City are reportedly ready to offer Arsenal £50 million to secure the services of Alexis Sanchez in January (via The Telegraph).
In fewer than two months the transfer saga surrounding Alexis Sanchez could finally be over, one way or another.
The Chilean is out of contract in the summer meaning that January is the last chance for Arsenal to cash in on the star if they so choose.
Manchester City were the club most closely linked with a move for Sanchez in the summer and reports suggest that they are about to return.
The Telgraph claims that City are readying a £50 million bid to secure Sanchez’s services from Arsenal.

City are currently flying high at the top of the Premier League but would face competition for Sanchez from clubs like Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid.
It’s unclear whether there is any truth in these reports but it’s clear that if a £50 million bid is made for Sanchez then the Gunners should consider it. That’s a large sum of money for a player who only has a few months left on his contract and is clearly refusing to sign another.
