It was always going to be a difficult test for Arsenal even with the players Chelsea were missing for this match.
Thibaut Courtois, Alvaro Morata and Cesc Fabregas all missed the match for the Blues but it didn’t stop them from taking the lead through Eden Hazard in the sixth minute.
It proved to be the wake-up call Arsenal needed as they immediately responded through strange circumstances.

Nacho Monreal’s header from a corner took two deflections of Chelsea players before falling into the back of the net.
