It was an important afternoon for Unai Emery and Arsenal as the Spaniard prepared his side for a Premier League match against West Ham United.
It was a chance for the Gunners to get their first points of the season but unfortunately for them, the Hammers took the lead early on when Marko Arnautovic’s powerful shot found a way past Cech.
The home side responded quickly. Hector Bellerin cut the ball back to the other full-back Nacho Monreal who picked his spot and equalised.
Emery made changes after the break and one of them was instrumental in the next goal as Alexandre Lacazette’s shot took a major deflection off Issa Diop and into the back of the net.
