It was far from the most interesting match in this incredible run of Arsenal victories but thankfully, the Gunners extended their flawless run.
Unai Emery’s men made it 11 successive wins with a 1-0 victory over Sporting CP in Portugal. It was a slow affair with little in the way of goalscoring chances for either side.
Lucas Torreira was introduced after the break in an attempt to sure up that Arsenal midfield and keep hold of the ball.
It worked well and the Gunners started creating more in the way of opportunities.

Danny Welbeck had the best one of all when he seized on a Sebastian Coates mistake to break through. The Englishman composed himself before sliding the ball between the goalkeeper’s legs to make it 11 consecutive wins.
