We are flying high after our impressive win over Manchester City, and will be hoping to follow that up with a dominant win over Championship opposition Brighton.
As the holders of the cup, we will be keen to retain our title; with Arsene Wenger likely to field a fairly strong team. For the first time in a while the boss has a plethora of options to choose from, and has to get the right balance between rotation and sticking with what works.
A couple of players have been working hard recently and need a rest, with the likes of Santi Cazorla and Alexis Sanchez unlikely to be involved.

The goalkeeper position seems to be up for grabs at the moment, with Wojciech Szczesny left somewhat out in the cold. If David Ospina, or even Damien Martinez, are picked over the Pole on Sunday, then it would suggest that Wenger has become more disillusioned with his No.1 than he has let on.
Theo Walcott and Mesut Özil are coming back from lengthy layoffs, but should see starts in the FA Cup. The German is likely to be deployed in his favoured No.10 role, but could be pushed out wide to accommodate other players.
Francis Coquelin and Aaron Ramsey looked superb in midfield against City, and may get the nod to continue. Tomas Rosicky and Mathieu Flamini are also in contention however, so we could see a vastly changed side.
One of Per Mertesacker or Laurent Koscielny should be rested, with either Calum Chambers or Nacho Monreal stepping in at centre-back.
Kieran Gibbs should return to the side, while Hector Bellerin is expected to pass a late fitness test. Olivier Giroud is our only real striking option at the moment, unless Wenger opts to field Chupa Akpom from the very start.
Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is a doubt, while Danny Welbeck is still sidelined with injury.
Here is our predicted lineup:
