We think Arsene Wenger will drop two players after last week’s 3-0 collapse against Palace ahead of this evening’s match to Middlesbrough. The Gunners desperately need a win.
Matchday: Team News – Predicted Lineup – Match Highlights
Match: Middlesbrough v Arsenal
Stadium: Riverside Stadium
Kick-Off (GMT): Mon 17 April 20:00
Here’s how we think Arsenal will line up:
GK) Petr Cech
The Czech stopper should be fit in time for this one. Arsene Wenger said on Friday that there is an 80% that Petr Cech will be available and after the three goals conceded against Crystal Palace last week, it’s time for a change.

RB) Hector Bellerin
Hector Bellerin should start at right-back. There’s very little doubt about that.
CB) Laurent Koscielny
As well as Petr Cech, Wenger also claimed that there is a strong possibility of Laurent Koscielny playing against Middlesbrough. The French centre-back has missed the last couple of matches but should be back in time to skipper the team this evening.
CB) Shkodran Mustafi
Shkodran Mustafi should be his partner at the back. The German should just edge out Gabriel Paulista for the starting sport if Koscielny does indeed return in time.
LB) Nacho Monreal
We think Nacho Monreal should keep his place at left-back. There are growing reports that the Gunners have sealed a deal for left-back Sead Kolasanic for the summer but for now, Monreal is the best at the club.
