Leicester City boss Claudio Ranieri rather controversially claims Norwich will prove tougher opposition than Arsenal when the two sides meet this weekend, with the league leaders seemingly playing some mind games, as reported by Sky Sports.
Our last Premier League game was a close fought affair, with Danny Welbeck’s last minute winner separating the two sides. That goal could end up being the difference between winning and losing the title, and Ranieri will be well aware of that.
To everyone’s shock, Leicester look to be our biggest competition this season. Tottenham are obviously vastly improved too, but the Foxes have been the real surprise package.
They’ve got a relatively easy run of fixtures coming up unfortunately, but Ranieri is clearly looking to get his team fired up and make sure they don’t take anybody lightly.
“I told my players that it will be a big battle on Saturday. It will be harder than against Arsenal,” he said.
“I want to see my players concentrated and angry because of the way we lost in the last minute. We want to grow and stay at a high level. Now, we have to manage the pressure and have the confidence. It’s new for us.

“Now we are looking forward. The five matches next for us, I believe they can be key in our season.”
Norwich drew their last Premier League game against West Ham, but before that they lost six on the trot. The Canaries are in really poor form, and shouldn’t really cause Leicester too many problems.
That said, there’s no easy game in the Premier League, and if we want to clinch the title this season then we’ll need some of the teams lower down the table to step up and take points of the league leaders.
Arsenal transfer news
Leicester have lost just three games so far this season, with two of those against us. Their form really has been a real surprise, but hopefully their lack of experience at the top level sees them drop off a bit during the latter stages of the campaign.
