Rangers have announced that our young defender Kyle Bartley has re-joined the SPL champions on loan, just days after extending his current contract at Arsenal.
Kyle Bartley, 20, spent the second half of last campaign at Ibrox and he made five SPL starts for Rangers, scoring once, before suffering a knee injury.
With the centre-back signing a fresh contract with Arsenal on Wednesday, this is a perfect scenario for Arsenal who have a number of more experienced defenders ahead of Bartley in the pecking order.
Ranger’s boss Ally McCoist told the club’s official website: “I’m pleased that we are getting Kyle back. He had good experience with us last season so he will find it easy to fit back in with the squad again.
“He is a good young player with a big future in the game so I’m delighted to get him back in. I have to thank Arsenal for letting us have him and I’m sure he will do very well.

“We kept in contact with them over the summer and I knew that they wanted to use Kyle in the Emirates Cup at the weekend. However, we have managed to do a deal now and he will be a good addition to our squad.”
Good luck to Bartley, lets hope he can build upon the 5 appearances he made for the Scottish outfit last season, and get some solid experience at a high level, he will be an important defender for Arsenal in the future. Who know’s himself and Miquel could be the future of Arsenal’s defence..
