Mesut Ozil has revealed whether or not he believes Arsenal are serious contenders for the Premier League title (via Sky Sports).
It’s been an incredible run of victories for Arsenal as the Gunners made it 11 in a row on Thursday night.
Mesut Ozil hasn’t been on the best form for the majority of the season but put in one of his best performances for the Gunners during the 3-1 victory over Leicester City on Monday night.
The Gunners are two points behind Liverpool and Manchester City at the top of the Premier League table and now, Ozil has revealed whether he thinks Arsenal are serious challengers to the top two.
“As a player, I want to win titles and I hope we can reach that with the team because we have the potential,” Ozil told Sky Sports.
“We are on a good way but we know the Premier League and other competitions in front of us are hard but we will give everything to reach our goals.”
