Arsenal duo named in top 20 Premier League bargains of the season
Here is how we rate the Arsenal players from our 4-1 win over West Brom:
GK) David Ospina – 5.5
West Brom barely troubled the Colombian shot-stopper, but when he was called upon he made a costly mistake. He looked all at sea when he came for the ball from a corner, and we conceded because of it.

RB) Hector Bellerin – 7.0
An excellent attacking outlet, and really helped stretch play. He showed his inexperience defensively at times, but really has a bright future ahead of him.
CB) Gabriel Paulista – 7.5
The Brazilian was great as he replaced Laurent Koscielny, mopping up well and racing out to intercept in much the same way his French teammate usually does.
CB) Per Mertesacker – 7.0
His most important role was his leadership, preventing us from getting sloppy after racing into the lead. The Giant German performed well, despite not having much to do.
LB) Kieran Gibbs – 7.0
Solid but not spectacular, he certainly wasn’t bad, but is unlikely to keep his place for the FA Cup based on that performance. He looked to have picked up an injury as well, but finished the game despite it.
