Despite another hamstring injury sets Aaron Ramsey back once more, is he even in your favoured starting lineup based on form at present?
The Welshman has struggled for form and is someone who requires momentum and confidence to reach the heights of which we all know he is capable. Unfortunately his latest muscular injury will make his comeback even more difficult, and we may struggle to see the best of Ramsey again this season.
He’s been a massive loss. Ramsey was someone we could count on last season to deliver goals when Arsenal were struggling, not to mention his work rate earning plenty of plaudits as he continually offered us so much solidity at the base of the midfield. Even this season he was starting to produce the goods with more well rounded performances, he was superb against Galatasaray and was vital in our win over Manchester City last month.
The other main alternative is Tomas Rosicky who is a very viable candidate for the box to box midfield role. He’s able to showcase his range of skills sitting a little deeper, breaking up play while also bursting beyond players to start counter attacks.
The Czech looks certain to play this weekend against Middlesbrough with Wenger running out of options in midfield. Jack Wilshere has only recently returned to training and is probably not quite ready to be thrown straight back into the mix.

But even if Ramsey was fit, who would you chose Rosicky alongside Francis Coquelin at present?
