We’re struggling with injuries at the moment, and our options are somewhat limited heading into our Premier League clash with West Bromwich Albion. A number of players could do with a rest, but until we get some of our crocked stars back that’s unlikely to happen.
Here’s how we think Arsenal will line up against West Brom:
GK) Petr Cech
There’s really no question about this one. Cech doesn’t need a rest, he’s shown that he’s infinitely better than David Ospina, and there’s no reason Arsene Wenger would switch keepers now.
RB) Hector Bellerin

The Spaniard has only just returned to the squad, so could still be less than 100%. A below par Bellerin is still far better than Mathieu Debuchy on current form however, so we expect him to start.
LB) Nacho Monreal
One of our most reliable players this season, the left-back should keep his spot against West Brom.
CB) Per Mertesacker
Wenger has been sticking with the giant German this season, despite Gabriel Paulista’s excellent performances.
CB) Gabriel Paulista
Laurent Koscielny is unquestionably our first choice centre-back, but he was visibly affected by the Paris attacks when France played England, and Wenger may look to give him a break. We have several French stars in the side, but at the moment Koscielny is the only player we have adequate cover for.
