Real Madrid are planning a shock move for Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey and are willing to splash out £25 million to land the Wales international.
The Sun report los Blancos want Ramsey to link up with international colleague Gareth Bale at the Bernabeu and are keen to freshen up their midfield options.
Zinedine Zidane’s side are currently working under a Fifa transfer ban but have appealed the decision and are making plans for the next two transfer windows.
Currently, they are banned from bringing in new players until January 2018 but they are appealing to the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
Ramsey has reportedly emerged as one of their top targets after impressing at Euro 2016 and Madrid are particularly keen on his versatility.
The Spanish giants are willing to offer the Wales international a significant increase on his current salary as well as the offer of regular football.

While injury has disrupted Ramsey’s campaign so far he also faces tough competition for a regular spot in the starting line-up, particularly following the emergence of Alex Iwobi.
More worryingly, Ramsey has previously admitted he would be interested in playing for one of the top clubs in La Liga as he feels it suits his style.
The presence of Bale too, who has recently signed a new long-term deal that keeps him at the club until 2022, could help tempt Ramsey to Madrid.
Of course much may depend on Real Madrid’s transfer ban, while they have appealed the decision as it stands they are unable to bring in any new players until next January.
