Reports in France suggest that a 17-year-old youth player from Paris Saint-Germain ‘should’ become Unai Emery’s first signing as Arsenal boss (via Sport Witness).
It’s not uncommon for players to follow managers when they move clubs and that exact thing could happen at Arsenal this summer.
Reports in France suggest that 17-year-old Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Yacine Adli is a major Arsenal target.
The French youth international made a single Ligue 1 appearance for PSG last season and has been handed a new contract offer by the club.
However, l’Equipe claims that the player ‘should’ join Arsenal after the Gunners offered Adli further incentives like increased chances of playing time,
Adli is highly thought of and has attracted comparisons to his PSG teammate, Adrien Rabiot. He was listed as one of the 60 best young players born in the 2000s in The Guardian‘s 2017 Next Generation.

Yacine Adli is an interesting prospect and would seemingly be a sound acquisition for Arsenal. If Adli does half as well as the last 17-year-old the Gunners signed from PSG, Nicolas Anelka then that can only be a good thing.
