Everton are reportedly considering a £30 million move for Arsenal’s Alexis Sanchez in the January transfer window (via The Mirror).
It seems that silly season has come a little early this year if these reports are anything to go by.
The future of Alexis Sanchez continues to be one of the biggest transfer stories in the Premier League today.
After finishing as Arsenal’s top scorer last season, the Chilean has since refused to sign an extension on his current contract at the Emirates which expires at the end of the season.
Paris Saint-Germain, Bayern Munich and Manchester City were all heavily linked with a move for the 28-year-old with the latter coming close to sealing a deal on deadline day.

But the player stayed at the Emirates and with growing talk that he could leave the Gunners in January, another club has been thrown into the mix.
Everton are the latest side reportedly interested in Sanchez with some sections of the British press reporting that they are keen to seal a £30 million deal.
Most clubs in the world are keen to seal that particular deal but considering that Everton are a relegation-threatened side right now, it seems unlikely.
