Arsenal could reportedly sign Portuguese winger Gelson Martins for free just weeks after bidding €30 million for the player (via The Telegraph).

Portugal international stars William Carvalho, Gelson Martins, Bruno Fernandes have all rescinded their contracts, as has Dutch striker Das Bost.
Martins is a winger who scored 13 goals in 52 appearances for the Portuguese side last season.
The player was already a reported target for the Gunners and was the subject of two separate €30 million bids form the club earlier in the summer.
