Reports in Italy have claimed that Arsenal have a 30% chance of signing Max Allegri from Juventus (via Sport Witness).
It’s unclear who will be the next Arsenal manager but it is evident who many Gunners fans want to get the position.
Massimiliano Allegri is the first choice candidate for many Arsenal fans after the Juventus manager’s outstanding time at the club.
The Italian has won four consecutive domestic doubles with the Serie A side but has long been linked with a move to England.
Now, reports in Italy have claimed that should Allegri leave Juventus then Arsenal would be his preferred destination.
Whether that happens is a different matter but Gazzetta dello Sport have claimed that there is around a 30% chance of Allegri joining the Gunners next to a 40% of him staying at Juventus for another year.

It’s an interesting story and the first time that the notion of Max Allegri joining Arsenal has been written about in Italy. He is obviously a fantastic manager with a proven track record and is still young enough to take on a long-term project like Arsenal. He would be a fine appointment but we can only wait and see whether it will happen.
