Reports in England suggest that Arsenal will listen to offers for centre-back Shkodran Mustafi in the summer (via The Sun).
He’s currently in his third season at Arsenal but Shkodran Mustafi has failed to live to up to expectations during his time at the club.
The centre-back arrived from Valencia for a fee of around £35 million back in 2016 after featuring for Germany in the 2014 World Cup.
Unfortunately for the Gunners, his time at the club has been characterised with inconsistent performances and errors.
Now, reports in England suggest that the club will listen to offers for the player in the summer with the view to signing a replacement.

It’s highly unlikely that the club will recoup the £35 million paid for the player with a more realistic fee of £15-20 million reported.
It’s good to see that the club will look to move Shkodran Mustafi on. The former Germany international hasn’t lived up to expectations during his time at the Emirates but will still hopefully attract enough interest to recoup some money. Let’s hope the funds are then invested in a new centre-back.
