After the arrival of Alexandre Lacazette up front, it seemed certain that at least one Arsenal forward would be leaving the club.
Lucas Perez, Olivier Giroud and Theo Walcott were at the top of that list but with seemingly little interest in Walcott and a couple unacceptable offers for Perez, Giroud looked like the most likely candidate.
Well, reports in France now indicate that the forward is set to stay at the club next season and is not looking for a move away.
The 30-year-old scored 12 Premier League goals last season despite being utilised mostly from the bench and gave the Gunners a different option further forward.
