Ryan Fraser has admitted he is flattered by the recent reports linking him with a summer move to Arsenal (via Sky Sports).
It’s a transfer which may not please every Arsenal supporter out there but it’s one which makes a lot of sense as far as the club is concerned.
News broke earlier this week that the Gunners are targeting AFC Bournemouth’s Ryan Fraser with a summer transfer in mind.
Fraser has been one of the most efficient Premier League attackers this season and has now responded to the rumours linking him with a summer move to the Emirates.
“I’m not going to lie, it’s very nice. It means you are are doing something right,” he told Sky Sports.

“They are a huge club, a massive club. When you see your name thrown around you always think to yourself that you are a Bournemouth player and you try to do well.
“I’m not going to lie, you do feel good, especially when it’s a massive club.
“I will just keep doing what I am doing, try to enjoy myself and try to win the game for my team. What will be, will be.”
It’s an interesting series of quotes from Ryan Fraser. The 25-year-old is clearly flattered by the Arsenal links and would seemingly jump at the chance to join the Gunners. He has impressed in a Bournemouth shirt this season and could be a good cut-price option with just one year left on his contract.
