It was recently announced on Arsenal’s official website that two once promising youngsters – Ryo Miyaichi and Semi Ajayi – have left the club. They both looked like excellent prospects, but we have to be ruthless to produce the best talent.
We still have a number of top players coming through the youth ranks, and many of those could well make it at Arsenal some day.

If it weren’t for some unfortunately timed injuries, Hayden may well have been given a few first team chances last season. He looks to be an excellent prospect, and will hopefully be pushing for a first team spot in years to come.
2) Dan Crowley – CAM
Crowley has been likened to Jack Wilshere in the past, and has even been backed to succeed by the 23-year-old (via the Daily Star). He has been prolific at youth level despite being a midfielder, and really looks capable of kicking on.
