Our match this past Monday night was one of the more entertaining goalless draws you’re likely to see, but we didn’t get the result we wanted. Things perhaps would have been different if the linesman had have correctly kept his flag down for Aaron Ramsey’s goal, but regardless, there were a number of problems with our game.
We haven’t gotten off to a fantastic start to the season so far, and there are plenty of things that need to change.

Here are six key points from our goalless draw against Liverpool:
6) Video replay technology is a necessity
Aaron Ramsey had a perfectly legitimate goal ruled out for offside – a goal which would obviously have drastically changed the outcome of the game. This is certainly not the first time we’ve seen an incident like this, and it won’t be the last. Liverpool were the beneficiaries of two such decisions against Bournemouth, two massively contentious moments that were the difference between winning 1-0 and losing 0-1.
