We saw a number of players leave the club on loan this January, with the likes of Lukas Podolski, Joel Campbell, and Yaya Sanogo seeking first team football elsewhere. And we are likely to see even more departures this summer, with several stars probably looking for permanent moves away from North London.

Here are the six players we believe could be set for Emirates exits this summer:
6) Mathieu Flamini
The Frenchman has slipped down the pecking order this season, and the only reason he has seen regular first team action is down to a lack of better options.

Francis Coquelin’s emergence as well as the acquisition of Krystian Bielik will see his opportunities further limited, and if, as many expect, Arsene Wenger signs another established defensive midfielder, then Flamini will surely be on his way out the door.
5) Abou Diaby
The permanently injured Frenchman has been on our books for years, despite being unable to manage more than a handful of appearances per season; if that.
Wenger finally looks ready to give up on his compatriot however, and Diaby may be forced not only to leave Arsenal, but to retire altogether.
4) Ryo Miyaichi
The pacey Japanese star looked destined for greatness when he first joined the club, but has struggled with injuries ever since.
He now looks unlikely to succeed at the highest level, and after a string of loan spells yielding mixed success, he looks a prime candidate to be let go permanently this summer.
3) Carl Jenkinson
This one is anything but certain, and I actually hope I’m wrong about it.
The 22-year-old was mysteriously sent out on loan to West Ham this season, and has performed superbly whilst there.
It’s possible that Wenger merely wanted to ensure regular first team football for the young right-back, in the hope that it would speed up his development.
Sadly, and more likely however, is that there is now too much competition ahead of him, and his Arsenal career is close to an end.
2) Lukas Podolski
The German forward is currently at Inter Milan on loan, and is unlikely to return to the Emirates next season. His relationship with Wenger seems visibly damaged, and he will no doubt be looking for a permanent move to secure regular first team football.
1) Tomas Rosicky
Arguably the most unlikely of the six, but still a definite possibility.
The Czech star is still more than capable of turning out for a top European side, despite having recently turned 34-years-old.
He has already seen his first team opportunities at Arsenal dwindle however, and may be unwilling to spend large parts of yet another season on the bench.
The experienced midfielder always seems to perform better in the latter stages of the campaign, and may understand that Wenger is merely managing his game time. But as he is still performing at a level that will no doubt see the offers pour in this summer, he may seek a move if he is looking to feature more regularly.
