We are heavy favourites to advance into the quarter finals of the Champions League, with our home leg against AS Monaco set for this Wednesday evening.
Arsenal never seems to do things the easy way, but these stats courtesy of Kick Off certainly suggest we should breeze past the Ligue 1 side with no problems.
We have lost just four of our last 20 home games in Europe, with two of those coming against Bayern Munich.
Monaco on the other hand, have won just three of their last 20 away games – with just one of those matches being played out this campaign.

The French club are known for their stalwart defence, and don’t often concede multiple goals – regardless of whether they are home or away.
The majority of their away games have been played out with just a handful of goals spread between the two teams, and they have conceded more than two on just two occasions in their last 20 European games.
We have been relatively free scoring at home, and have scored an average of 2.2 goals per game.
When scoring two or more goals at home we haven’t lost a single game, with the shock 3-3 draw with Anderlecht the only game we failed to win.
Monaco are in good form, and have lost just one of their last 17 games in all competitions. They scored just four goals in the group stages of the Champions League, but were able to top the group by conceding just once.
The principality side could prove hard to break down, but it’s difficult to see them scoring many against us.
Hopefully an early goal will open the floodgates, and we can see the tie done and dusted before the return leg.
