The Arsenal Supporters’ Trust has confirmed that 88% of members want Arsene Wenger to leave the club in the summer.
Arsene Wenger’s place as Arsenal manager has never been in more doubt than is right now.
The Frenchman’s 22-year tenure is surely coming to an end with his Gunners team performing worse than it has in a long time.
Sunday’s 2-1 defeat to Brighton & Hove Albion means that Arsene Wenger’s men have lost four matches in a row for the first time since 2002.
The defeat led to backlash from the fans who travelled south with many voicing their anger at the manager.

It can be difficult to decide if this is a majority opinion or just a louder minority but now, the Arsenal Supporters’ Trust has conducted a survey to learn the true figure.
In a survey conducted online & at tonight’s meeting 88% of AST members vote for Arsenal ending Arsene Wenger’s contract when position reviewed this summer (7% for staying on & 5% don’t know yet). Written comments will be given to Gazidis on Saturday

88% of AST members believed that Arsene Wenger should leave the club when his position is reviewed in the summer with 7% believing he should stay and 5% undecided.
It’s a damning indictment from the supporters of the club but falls pretty much in line with what many expected. Those who want Arsene Wenger to leave the club are in the vast majority and it seems that now it’s a matter of when and not if.
