Arsenal keeper Wojciech Szczesny has made it clear he is excited about the Premier League leaders tough run of fixtures this month. A 2-0 victory over Crystal Palace saw Arsene Wenger’s side return to the top of the table and extended their unbeaten streak to 10 matches and continue their push on three fronts.
Many of Arsenal’s hopes this season rest on a crucial February, with games against Bayern Munich in the UEFA Champions League, Liverpool in the FA Cup and the league, then also Manchester United in the league – games which Betfair are offering incredible odds on.
The run of games could have a big say on the club’s hopes this season and whether Betfair fans decide to back the club, and the Gunners goalkeeper has insisted he is looking forward to one of the most important run of games in Arsenal’s recent history.
The Poland international said:
I love it. I think every player looks forward to big games against big opponents and world-class players so it is very exciting.

It is a difficult run we have got, but we look at it as a chance to create an even bigger gap between us and the teams behind us so hopefully we can show people what we are made of.
Szczesny has been a key reason behind Arsenal still being in with a chance of winning three trophies this season. The goalkeeper has conceded just one goal in his last 11 appearances at the Emirates, playing behind a defence that has conceded fewer goals than every other team in the Premier League except Chelsea.
Despite many Betfair punters tipping Manchester City and Chelsea to finish ahead of the Gunners this season, Wenger’s men are showing no signs of slowing down in their bid to win this season’s Premier League title.
