It’s that time of year once again, that joyous occasion when Tottenham can mathematically no longer finish above us in the Premier League table. Happy St Totteringham’s Day everyone!
It’s not like it’s any kind of surprise (or even much of an achievement) that we have yet again finished above that lot from down the road, but St Totteringham’s Day is still a day for celebration, with numerous hilarious tweets directed at our North London rivals.
Our form in 2015 has been outsanding, and the teams below us have had to watch as we continue to work our way up the table. We are on course for a second placed finish; currently third on goal difference, with a game in hand over Manchester City and Manchester United in second and fourth respectively.
Our current total of 70 points is enough to bring an early St Totteringham’s Day though, despite still having four games to play before the season comes to a close.
Arsenal fans have once again taken to social media to point and laugh at Mauricio Pochettino’s boys, with the 20th consecutive St Totteringham’s Day kicking off following our dominant 3-1 win over Hull City.
