After a devastating loss against North London bitter rivals Tottenham on Saturday, the team got back to winning ways with a 2-1 win over Leicester City on Tuesday night in a mid-week Premier League clash.
Laurent Koscielny tapped in from close range after a Mesut Ozil corner to open the scoring midway through the first half. Theo Walcott later doubled the lead in the 41st minute with a rebound after a powerful volley by Ozil before the Foxes pulled one back through Andrej Kramaric later in the second half.
Despite injuries to Alexis Sanchez and Aaron Ramsey, Arsenal pulled through to climb up to fourth in the Premier League standings with 45 points, although Southampton and the two Manchester sides are yet to play.

Took us 3 days to get right back above Tottenham lmao. No matter what the tiny tots do they will forever be in our shadow.

Much needed win for @Arsenal tonight. Leicester put up a decent fight but we hung on for the win!! My MOTM tonight was Monreal. Outstanding!

Alexis should have told the manager he can't continue rather than risking it in the 2nd half. Same happened with Ozil at Bayern after 5 mins

Not the most convincing of wins, nonetheless we still got all three points. A lot of work for Wenger and the lads in the coming weeks. COYG!!
