Abou Diaby has made a return to full training, and Twitter has exploded with a combination of comic and congratulatory reactions.
Diaby has had horrendous luck with injuries, and has barely been able to string more than a game or two together for quite some time.
He has played just one senior game so far this season, and that was our disappointing 2-1 loss against Southampton in the Capital One Cup at the start of the campaign.
The Frenchman has always been popular at Arsenal, although the fans have understandably had enough of his perpetual state of injury.

A number of fans took to Twitter to voice their disbelief that the 28-year-old has actually returned to full training – especially so close to April Fool’s.
I can't believe Diaby is still trying

Diaby is back in full training and he's got about 3 months left on his contract. Just enough time for him to break his leg 1 last time.

Apparently Abou Diaby is back in traini…. Never mind, injured again.

Diaby is approaching the end of his current contract, and it was believed that he would not be offered an extension. If he can impress during the tail end of this campaign however, then he may do enough to convince Arsene Wenger to keep him on.
It’s hard to see him ever being a success at the Emirates, but it’s still fantastic to hear that he is back in training.
