Arsenal legend Ian Wright knows all about our rivalry with Spurs and the second highest goalscorer in the club’s history proved it once again after BT Sport released a clip of him throwing a Tottenham Hotspur shirt into a canal.
Wright remains one of the players fans can still relate to and the love for him has continued with our former striker now a prominent pundit in English football.
Starring alongside George Lamb in the short clip, Wright forces the former Big Brother presenter to remove his Spurs shirt with an Arsenal shirt revealed underneath.
Wright subsequently throws the Spurs shirt into a canal. In a season where we’re set to play at least three north London derbies against Mauricio Pochettino’s men, the rivalry is set to increase.
